I have ordered quite few times over £200.
Two things I found very frustrating, you charge me fully before you dispatch the orders then the orders comes with missing items, which happened quite few times, then it is too late to adjust the amount.
I was waiting for refund for over two weeks, nothing happened until I called.
It has been mentioned before here on the reviews.
Can't work it out, you're not bothered to fix the issue or something more sinister going on.

My family own a retail business in London and with regards to Protein products and healthy snacks we only use Simply heavenly foods. No one else comes close. We have our regular contact there who is always available for us and they deliver direct. Can't recommend David, James and Raj enough?

never again use this company, waited 5 days for goods after being promised they would be delivered on friday got on tues, receipt stated they had refunded goods not delivered, i had to chase refund for 5 days. never again

Awful company. Ordered £40 worth of goods. A month later still not been delivered. No response to calls emails etc. Avoid!!
