We used to live in Aberuthven and bought all our meat from the Auchterarder shop. We now live in England and during a recent visit north we decided to stock up on some food including white puddings that we can’t find down here. When he heard of our problem, Tony added 3 extra puddings free of charge. Great service from our favourite butchers.

Would have had 5 stars if it was for the food bought, but the Customer service today was way short of what I would expect from any shop anywhere!!
The member of staff seemed annoyed that customers were in the shop and spoke down to us from the off....huge contrast to the end of last week when the lady behind the counter was a 5 star example of quality customer service!!

My daughter was in the auchterarda shop on Saturday knowing how picky I am with scotch pies she bought me some had them for dinner tonight and they did not disappoint can't wait to try the beef olives 😋😋😋

I buy steakpies from you all the time and have never been disappointed , my 3lb new year pie was though , it was like the gravy was poured into the meat but not mixed up and very salty , I wasn't going to say anything as this is the first time I have had a complaint but on speaking to my daughter who also bought a pie hers was the same and on speaking to a friend on sat nite hers was too .
