I have been a huge fan of their range.. the quality of the many types of shortbread..the quality packaging and now I am a huge fan of their operation in Edinburgh.
After paying double the amount in shops and overpriced service stations I tracked the manufacturer down to their base in Edinburgh. I could not be more impressed with all of the staff involved in ordering including all the telephone staff and especially Rupert, the boss, who stayed late in the day to allow me to collect my online order.
Remarkable product. Remarkable customer service. Buy the best shortbread directly from the best people working brilliantly at the best business...and save half your money doing it!!!

I've never been one for shortbread to be honest; however, my hotel (Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge) gracious left a pack of shortbread from Shortbread House of Edinburgh on my pillow. They were delicious, albeit quite sweet. Would recommend giving them a try!

The quality of the shortbread, particularly the 3 versions I've just purchased (warming ginger, dark chocolate orange, Sicilian lemon) are the best I've ever tasted. Also, delivery was within 2 days of order. I'm very impressed and highly recommend SHoE.

I would like to thank the amazing customer service, they are professional and efficient. They answer so fast , they really helpful.
The delivery is fast almost next day.
The biscuits are delicious , fresh , in my opinion the best shortbread I ever taste it.
I love the original/ macadamia nuts / lemon and the best one chocolate orange.
I am waiting today to try hazelnut white chocolate and salted caramel.
Really I recommend it to anyone love the biscuits with cup tea.

I absolutely enjoy my shortbread. My daughter decided to buy me some for my Birthday over the Christmas period and came home for the holidays. Wow never had such tasty shortbread in my life. Amazing quality of ingredients you can taste it. Hopefully I'll be ordering more as I enjoy my shortbread

I found this place online prior to my stay in Edinburgh. They only have the click-and-collect option, so I ordered a variety of shortbreads before my arrival. The process was effortless. My favorite flavors are the original and lemon! If you are ever in Edinburgh, I'd highly recommend ordering some.

Quiet possibily the best shortbread ever tasted. The ginger ones especially, absolutely melt in the mouth with a gentle ginger flavour and lovely little chewy bits. Also the macadamia nuts and plain shortbread. I wasn't a fan of the cinnamon but my friends were so it's my taste not the product. The only problem I found was they are too yummy and I ate way more than I should have in one go. I'll be ordering again that's for sure.
