Excellent customer service. Needed to query something with my order, so did so via Facebook. They replied very promptly, were really friendly and very helpful.

As for the beers, it's very subjective it's difficult to listen to people's review, but I would definitely suggest giving a few Shiny beers a go.

Good variety in their selection at pretty good prices.

My latest order was for 6 different beers, just opened the first and its excellent.

Excellent proper tap room. Friendly team who offered me samples though I found every beer lovely. Didnt want to leave the place tbh! Oh and very vegan friendly including cask beers (yes its possible big brewers!)
