Excellent service! Fixed my temperamental lawn mower a couple of years ago and today sharpened my chainsaw chain in just a few hours. Did a good job on both occasions. I can highly recommend this place. Prices are very reasonable too.

Took in a new rotary mower bought online that had completed about 2hours use. Hunting and irregular running. Didn't want the grief of sending it back. Told carb problems and booked in as running badly, took about 3-4 weeks to 'fix'. Collected it, fired it up and straight away exactly as it was prior to the repair. Returned it, again told carb problems, left it with them for an hour whilst they rechecked it, the salesman, who informed me his lunch time was imminent and best described as brisk, hadn't the 11 seconds to view my video of the machine misbehaving. On return was told a new set of problems, not the carb. So, after spending £103.17 on a non-repair on a machine that cost £185 and spending 3 hours commuting back and forwards to the shop, gave up and bought it home.
V-poor, plus I think perhaps lessons in customer service are in order!

Yes, you quoted 3/4 weeks and did a splended job of not fixing it in 16 days, It was bought in with a problem, it still has a problem, and I have paid you guys £103.17 to fix the problem. So how am I supposed to feel? Your team decided what to repair/clean that has not worked so far! Also apart from the repair time my review is correct, maybe instead of comunicating via a key board you may wish to use my contact numbers that you have, to see what you can do to resolve my complaint!

I can't recommend SBGM enough. They serviced/repaired two mowers and a strimmer, there was a slight issue with the strimmer and without any hesitation Andy quickly resolved it. The team are helpful and provide good advice. I will definitely use them again and recommend my friends do the same.

took our mower in for a service and check for non starting, repair they said for a new carb was uneconomical at £300, so I opted to collect it, had to pay £24 for the quote although no work was done but very annoyingly it came back disassembled, and a bag of bits. I was rudely told it would cost me more if I wanted it put back together again! I have since had a repair done at a fraction of the price. Advice is to go elsewhere where they care.
