Received faulty items.

Ordered 3 and 2 of them….
The lid has not only popped, it is also smelly and has funky taste. (Normally delicious)

Prior products have held a high standard.
Although, this is nothing like usual, just wanted a replacement however the customer service is letting the company down more than the product.

Spoke originally on the phone to a lady and advised to email which always bounced back. (Now the contact number doesn’t connect. Sent images below.

We live in Birmingham and bought some of your chutneys & relish from Morrisons and 'wow' absolutely lovely. My husband's favourite is the Habanero &red pepper chutney. Don't buy any other brands now as Shaw's are wonderful. So flavoursome.
