Didn't buy for Christmas but bought some bacon, sausages and pies from you. The sausages were the best I have ever had.... no gristle or lumps of fat and stayed the same size when I cooked them. The bacon was the same, no added water. The pies were lovely and crisp pastry with succulent lightly seasoned meat inside. You can certainly tell the difference between mass factory produced for the big chains and home made with quality and care from someone who stakes his reputation on his produce. To top it all you are treated as a friend and not rushed. Shaun will take time to discuss his produce with you to ensure you get exactly what you need. Keep up the good work!!

Great quality produce, fantastic service and product knowledge, cleanliness fantastic. A local butchers which is do important to our area. Shaun is a fantastic butcher with expert knowledge on his produce which is of the highest quality. Never go anywhere else, he's the best in the area, along with his great team.

Been a few times for pies and sausages. Have just had our Christmas bacon, pork, gammon and some steak burgers (we ate out on the big day, so didn’t get a turkey).

The meat is beautiful quality, the bacon is like my gran used to make 50 years ago, not too salty, just right and no water. The sausages are seriously tasty (try the chicken and black pepper ones 😍), the pork, gammon and steak burgers were fabulous too.

Luckily for us, we only live about 5 miles away and this is our ‘local’ butcher of choice. It’s an old school butchers, friendly and super busy at times. I keep telling my friends to get there, but it’s a tad too far to travel for them.

Thank you to everyone who works there, it’s a fab shop and I’ll look forward to my next purchases in January.

I started using Shaun's more over couple of years. Absolutely nothing I have bought has been less than 100% spot on. Stand pie for Xmas, just superb !!! His sausages, pies, cooked meats & the amazing polony are just outstanding. Shaun & all his staff are fab, a proper local Butchers shop !! 10/10

Great butchers, I’ve been going there for 14 years now and the meat is always top quality. Shaun’s sausages are the best for miles around (and I’ve tried a lot)! He knows his stuff, been in the trade a long time and is always happy to help.

If you’re looking for the best bacon and egg sandwiches and the finest coffee, you must visit this shop! The sandwiches are absolutely phenomenal, and the coffee is the best I've ever had. The owner is extremely kind, courteous, and talkative, which makes the atmosphere even more enjoyable. A warm shout-out to him!

So for me it’s normally a 3 hour round trip to Doncaster for a very good butcher, saw fairweathers butchers on tick-tock, Facebook,, now I’m normally dubious, but however he’s is close to me and I thought I’d give it a punt and I’m glad I did.

Absolutely amazing, high quality fresh meats, sausages, burgers.

And the deli, oh my god the sausage rolls, pork pies, and homemade polony are out of this world

I very recommend the sausages, I’ve not had any this good since I way a kid 45 years ago

Definitely give this place a try you won’t regret it,

I’ve now been using Shaun for a few months, I refuse to buy my meat anywhere else, always very very high quality, this lad don’t miss a beat, Christmas order was outstanding not that I expected anything less from Shaun and his staff, needs more than 5 Stars, absolute legends
