If I could give zero stars I would. We as.a family will never purchase your products again. I bought methi Paratas and started to fry them gently. What I thought was odd looking grains of rice turned out to be maggots yes maggots engrained in the dough. As I fried them they started to separate from the chapatti and come out into the pan. I felt sick what compensation will you be giving us? I have complained to Sainsbury’s where I bought them from .too.

Shana products always deliver exceptional quality, value and convenience. I started with their various paratha flavours but now we also enjoy their wholemeal rotis - served best slightly well done and piping hot IMO!

Got some stuffed parathas a few years ago. My wife bit into one and got a laceration under her tongue - there was some hard, sharp foreign material inside!

These guys were not interested. No worries, I stopped buying their products and advise the same to others.

Very worst customer service

salesman Sachin always give number his friend distributer:

Every time you email or ring to office take your detail , never call you back .

If you call them many time then they will give you some w sales distributor, who even can’t supply good and price will give you retail .

We are cash and carry.

Now start thinking selling Ashoka products .

Sachin is worst in his job.

Very good product have Shanna .

But salesman and distributor system is absolute fail.

Got family pack samosas. They were bland , dry , pastry was tasteless , used frozen peas and test-less ingredients and not even salted properly . Completely disappointed with taste.
