Express Vending are uniquely helpful company to work with - everything is made so easy for us - if a machine ever fails, sometimes it feels like they are here before we've put the phone down. There is a great friendliness with the staff when they are on site and nothing seems to be too much to ask of them. I have worked with many vending companies in various FM roles, yet EV are my go to guys and who I would recommend in any new FM roles.

We have their vending machines in our offices. Most of the time they don't work, either the payment process or the machine itself. It has now several times taken the money but not provided the drink that was supposed to be bought.
Getting in touch with them is also very difficult, the machine has a phone number or link to website... But really you just want the machine working or a reimbursement automatically.
Do not recommend buying, you'll spend more time calling them to fix it then actually getting the desired service.

Contract terms designed to benefit the supplier and confuse the customer.

I have inherited contracts with this company. I can echo other comments about hidden costs and charges. The hire contracts are separate to the maintenance contracts and - most importantly - have completely different terms. Once the fixed terms are over one set have a 1 month notice period whereas the other have a 12 month rolling contract with notice needing to be given 3 months beforehand otherwise the auto rollover kicks in. Basically if you are not careful you can end up paying for maintenance on machines you've given back (or want to).

All this is buried in the small print. I cannot recommend you deal with this company as a result. Everything they do is in their contract terms i.e. it's perfectly legal, but I value clarity in my dealings with suppliers and this just doesn't pass the test.

We rely on Express Vending for our office refreshments, teas, coffee machine, hot/cold water tap, and much more! They have been great to us and we've built an honest and special relationship with them over the years. As an Office Manager, having to worry about whether you can rely on a supplier is the last thing you want to worry about. Would highly recommend! Avoid this company at all costs. The sales process was great - but afterwards, extortionate additional costs (hidden within the contract and definitely not explained at sales time), really poor support, and now we're at the end of the contract £425 per machine for collection. We have lost hundreds (in fact thousands) of pounds over the 3 year contract, with no chance to ever break even, due to the abundance of additional charges put upon us.

avoid avoid avoid !!!!! i have had a machine out for 2 months, took a month of asking for an account manger to call me before they did. still nothing. i am now paying stupid amount of money for 2 coffee machines that i cant use and losing a stupid amount of money by not selling coffee. since they were taken over the service you get make ryan air look amazing

Express Vend is a great company to work with on a supplier and client level. Their dedicated account managers are very professional and work with you to achieve the companies vision. To sum up my experience with Express Vend with few adjectives - They are professional, futuristic, flexible, friendly team, quick to response.
