Ordered on 6th Dec, only received 13 days later despite calling before order to confirm they were definitely in stock. The man was rude & threatened to rather cancel my order instead of finally dispatching it despite already having waited so long for it already & having ordered it in plenty of time for Christmas. Being ordered over Black Friday period is no excuse to delay deliveries to this extent. The shocking attitude towards a customer despite the unreasonable wait was appalling. Will certainly be taking my custom elsewhere that actually deliver what you pay for within reasonable time frames. Won't order from here ever again.

Absolutely lovely products (orange and walnut biscuits are wonderful,) but some
of these smaller providers are let down by their delivery contractors (DHL in this case.) despite ordering well in advance of their advertised times, it all gets so close to the wire that it’s impossible to plan ahead to procure their products as gifts or for special occasions. The products aren’t inexpensive, so ordering weeks in advance and products missing their delivery dates causes a lot of heartache and stress. I wish they’d pick a better, next day guaranteed delivery company or simply not accept orders unless they’re sure they can deliver within their promised timelines. Their product came to me several days after my mothers birthday despite me ordering it well within the time they promised it would get here. So I wasn’t able to give it to my mother and ot was a wasted order 🙁

Just wow! Love this brand, the products taste out of this world and are a million miles away from the mundane generic Italian foods that you find in the supermarket. Worth every penny. Also, just bought the semi-fresh herbs, totally hooked, fabulous flavour, convenient and versatile, and actually given shelf life, value for money too.
