A great little monthly market right on the green. Every trader is friendly and there is a great variety available. You can get vegetables, plants, cakes, scotch eggs, meats, fish, and hot sauce (and more!). Absolutely worth getting up early to pop down and get something tasty to add to breakfast in this beautiful little town!

Dropped in here this morning, spent a small fortune, great to listen to the stories behind the small businesses trading from the village green. Bought oils, pies, cakes, meat and my teenage daughters favourite chick pea curry and samosas. The ladies that run that stall have a huge hit on their hands.

Love the farmers market. The veg were very fresh and so scrumptious. I'm still eating the rye loaf from the Hedgehog bakery and loving the pickle with my curries. Roll on Stewart's Park so I can fill up again. My cheese is nearly finished...

The market was lovely to walk around. Stall holders taking time to have a chat when you were making a purchase , set up was fine and customers were wary of social distancing. I will be returning to future markets for sure.

Not many stalls & what there was were very expensive, ok for the odd treat (chocolate). The meat stall was good though for price & quality & managed to get some good priced plants.
