Last Sunday I was in the shop and were served from very polite and knowledgeable guy. He demonstrated an incredible skills,help me with advice , it was definitely pleasure to be served like a VIP customer.

Great service this morning from the team in East Barnet. A small item I ordered could not be found; the store manager Nathan went out of his way to ensure I didn't leave empty handed. He found a replacement and gave it free as a goodwill gesture, seeing as it was their error and I'd made the journey. Value of item: three quid. Great service - priceless. Thank you!

AVOID!!! Received a ticket for parking at the retail car park. A UKPC attendant sits in his car and sneakily takes pictures of your car. When you go in one of the shops he comes out and takes more pictures, then you receive a fine in the post 3 days later. AVOID!!!!!!

I collected my order from New Barnet and several days later I was sent a £100 PCN letter for using the Screwfix capark! The parking enforcement company is called UKPC. I was a loyal and repeat customer for many years but it looks like I am now taking my business to Toolstation going forward.
