Tony from the Kilmarnock branch is a superstar. I went in today looking for help with fitting an intigrated dishwasher door. He was incredibly helpful and took loads of time to help me and to find a solution to my problem. Thanks again, Tony

Staff were very helpful,I needed a ladder but hadn't a clue what one to choose, one of the staff asked a few questions regarding what I intended using it for.
Then advised me to take one in particular.
Great choice,I feel much safer than when using the old one.Its also very adaptable.

In this store this morning and found the staff to be very helpful and very knowledgeable. Lorraine was my server and she was welcoming, friendly and had a lovely warm nature. Definitely be back. 10/10
