Had an water issue and contacted Scottish Water. Jordan and Richie were first class in dealing with this. Both were so attentive and friendly. They are great ambassadors for the company.

Absolutely disgusting - burst pipe at front of my house water poured in to my house 6 weeks ago - still waiting on claim form - still waiting on a apology - still waiting on calls back still waiting on someone coming out and removing all the silt from our drains. No one ever bothers calling you back or bothers sending the appropriate person out to sort the issue. Every week I have been fobbed off with lies. They wont give you phone numbers of the relevant people you need to speak to either. What an absolute waste of government money that we all pay in to. The worst service I have ever had in my life.

Called them out 17.30 in the evening came out at 10 the next day, sorted quickly, effectively and cleaned up immaculately.
