I contacted Carol as an emergency as my friend in Canada asked me if I could source a sixpence for her grand daughter's wedding. Time was against us but Carol said she would do her best.
Well, I have never experienced such incredible customer service as I got from Carol. Because of the time pressure, she attended to my order immediately and made sure that the package went to the post office right away and sent it air mail. She called me back before she posted it to check the date I had put was correct as I wanted the wedding date inscribed. The Canadians put the month first and I had forgotten about that but she picked it up and kept me right.
Sadly the Canadian postal service took too long to get it there and we missed the wedding day but Carol sent me copies of her records to show that the item had been posted the day I ordered it and that there was no delay at this end.
I experienced phenomenal customer service from Carol and many companies could learn a thing or two from her. So, if you need anything from this lady you can buy with confidence that your order will be executed swiftly

I contacted Scottish Keepsakes last week - because my cousin is in a Hospital in Derby recovering from a massive stroke and my daughter and I wanted to send a small Scottish gift - I spoke with Carol a couple of times about arranging delivery of the gift to the Hospital and she went above and beyond in ensuring that the gift was packaged in a lovely bag with our message on the front - Carol's very caring and sincere manner in dealing with this gift and the tracking of the package was exemplary and I will not hesitate to use this Company again - i received a message to say that my cousin was delighted with the gift - many thanks Carol -Catherine

Over the years I have bought many horseshoes, all very nice but, nothing like this one. It was absolutely beautiful, even the packaging!
I also had to phone with a query and spoke to Carol, what a delightful person! She couldn't have been more helpful and so friendly. Loved her Scottish lilt, could have listened all day.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Owner Carol created a bespoke personalised lucky sixpence for a special 90th birthday gift. Carol sourced a sixpence dated with the year of birth. The finished product was lovely and as described.

If you are considering buying from Scottish Keepsakes do it you won't be disappointed! I ordered 2 Jacobite glasses and 2 glasses charms and they are awesome! The glasses especially are exquisite. I live in the U.S. and my brother and I are wanting to visit Scotland so badly. When I ordered them they were waiting for a new shipment of glasses to come in. I thought ok, it will take a little time to get to me. I was wrong! I ordered on July 27 and had my order by August 17! I think that's wonderful for international mailing. They keep you apprised of your order via Email and Carol is so helpful and friendly. My brother and I have the same birthday (he was born on my 6th bday). I will be giving him one set in March 2022 and I bought a set for myself. We will be sharing a "wee dram" together in our new glasses❤️
