Honestly, I've dealt with this company for many years and the staff are all great except for the ceo, James mcshane.
I had one complaint about a misunderstanding, and he blatantly laughed in my face in front of his staff. I won't be using this company again. I'm not a big customer and monetarily won't be missed, but I'm so disappointed at being brushed aside.
Ps didn't get the call back I was told I would either , probably om mc Shane's orders
