Recently Had Idli And Dosa Batter from Satvikraam. It got it from my local store. The batter is really nice. The taste is good. However, it needs little salt. I believe that the manufacturer does not add salt to the batter. Also, regarding the packing. It is in a single pack. Rest all companies provide the same in double pack. So, it can be made better. But, apart for that. The idlis were really fluffy and taste incredible after adding a little salt. No doubt the freshness was good as the place is in IG9 literally a few Miles from where I stay. Keep doing the great work and hope you add more flavours and bigger packages for people like me who buy 2 packets or 4 packets. 🙂
