Excellent service repaired my sons laptop. Very good price. Fantastic communication no hard sell. The repair was done in less than a hour. Cant fault these guys I will be back after Christmas with a broke Ipad I wont be going anywhere else. Highly recommended all the best for 2016 🙂

I purchased a maxxone 4 channel dvr which was password locked, after contacting maxxone/satsecure support I found them to be extremely helpful, polite courteous and determined to help me with my issue. I cannot thank them enough for helping me. They eventually found the special password which unlocked my dvr. Once again Thank you so much, my sister in law will also be really grateful as she is wanting a little bit of security after fighting cancer.

So after cracking the screen on my Mac book pro I was looking for a reputable company that would repair my screen with the same care as Apple would. I called in & spoke with Phil who immediately reassured me I had come to the right place. Phil explained how they only use genuine parts and would repair within a few days of the part coming in. Now prior to finding Sat Secure Repair Centre I had contacted several other companies who all quoted in the region of £200- £300 to replace my screen. Phil advised me the screen would be £20 & they charge a flat fee of £30 for the repair! I was absolutely gobsmacked and told Phil he could have charged me 4 times that & I would have paid it to which Phil responded well if your happy with the end result then there is a charity box next to the till just stick a few £ in!!! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I now have my Mac book back & im more than happy with the result, the screen is as good as new & there is no evidence that the screen has been replaced at all. Should I require any other services that Sat Secure Repair offer I will not hesitate into returning and I will be recommending them to absolutely everybody & anybody!! Thank you so much

A few months back I fell on my iPhone and managed to both smash the screen to pieces and bend the frame into a banana shape. I brought it in the same day and they managed to replace the screen and get the phone back in shape. Great service and a decent price
