I just ordered a Lasagne, Arancini. And Penne pasta all of which would have been fine except!
I paid 12.50 for the worst looking Lasagne that I had ever seen.
For a restaurant with such high standards and such good reviews why would you let this leave your restaurant and send it to my home?

Sorry to be harsh but £12.50 I expect something better.
This one item is ruined the whole experience all the other items.
Based on the owners reply, I’m editing my response to assure them that the Lasagne wasn’t eaten, the Arancini balls we’re ok and I did not try the penne Pasta, regardless of taste, it’s up to you to ensure the presentation is the best it can be when it is delivered, I don’t control your delivery process but that looks terrible. Thanks for apologising.

Family run business with great food at fairly affordable prices. First time I went the guy gave me a free cannoli since I hadn’t had one before. That’s the sort of place we are talking about here, the sort of human run business that should be supported.

Was in the neighborhood by chance and this bakery seemed very attractive, so popped in and the place looked spotless and very nice. Sat down to have lunch and must admit pizza was really nice, crunchy and tasty. Also took away some dessert to take home with us, we chose the pistacchio cannolo and some choux buns, I must say I didn't question the staff if the cannolo was the real deal, as from a Sicilian bakery I wouldn't expect anything less than a ricotta cannolo, however to my disappointment once biting thru it I immediately realised that it was very much a fake cannolo, with a very dry pistacchio cream almost so dry that it was sticking on my hands, probably there for a few days at that point, choux buns also very dry and not much filling inside.
I wouldn't sell cannoli in a Sicilian bakery that for slogan has "unique taste of Sicily" if you can't make a proper cannolo. Disappointed
It's like going inside a shop called " Napoli pizza" where they make deep dish pan pizza and the owners are from Albania ... You get what I mean ... Sort it out 🙌🏼

As an Italian who moved to the UK a few years ago, I have been on the hunt for truly authentic pastries and pizza. Some places have come close but were never quite perfect. Well, I cannot express how happy I was to discover Sapore Unico. I sampled the pastries and then the pizza and can vouch that they are the real deal. PROPER Italian flavours and a lovely, family run business.
I placed a large order for a party I was hosting over the weekend and they delivered the food to my door piping hot and on time. It was a huge hit - everyone absolutely loved it. I cannot recommend them enough.

Please bring back your original pizza’s

This has always been somewhere I have raved about because the pizza used to be amazing and I emphasise the used to be massively, since the rebrand we were excited to try again but so so disappointed with the pizza it was full of grease and instead of being this beautiful crispy thin crust and made in front of you, food this time tasted like it had come from Costco with some toppings added.

I cannot and won’t fault the staff and the restaurant has been beautifully done up, I won’t however order here again which I'm genuinely gutted about that. I really hope this feedback is taken into consideration as you used to make the best pizzas in our area.

We love to come here for all the treats and beautiful food they do here.
Amazing coffee, and the cornetto’s and all the sweets treats are to die for, and not to mention the famous lasagna! 🤤
Really relaxing atmosphere here, nice to sit down and relax with a coffee.

Once again Sapore Unico didn’t disappoint, bought two pizzas and they were absolutely delicious and huge, will feed the whole street
Instead of buying from big chains I will definitely order from them again as the pizzas are so nice, fresh and tasty
