Outstanding service that included a polite text reminder on the morning of delivery and a punctual, polite and helpful delivery driver too.

This is the 2nd lot of logs we’ve had from these guys.
We collected them ourselves on both occasions as we didn’t need many in one go and we wanted to ensure the quality was good.
The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
The logs are exceptionally good, burn very cleanly and are from a sustainable source. They are also a good mixture of hardwoods.

We previously used a different supplier. 3/10 bags delivered had visible moisture in the plastic sacks and were invariably birch. The burn was nowhere as clean as the ones from Salterford.

Planning on a bulk delivery next time as it’s more economical and the wood is exceptionally good. Highly recommended.
