Had two guys come over to install an integral dishwasher we purchased from John Lewis. John Lewis said they couldn’t install and walked away making up lots of reasons why. The store appliance team came and fitted it with ease! They were fantastic, polite and did a great job for great value. Even gave advice on the maintenance and registration of the warranty. Highly recommend

Went in today to buy replacement bulbs for a hood/extractor fan. Very friendly and helpful and saved me spending a fortune on replacements for the entire lamps with Bosch. Lots of appliances in the shop and reasonably priced will consider them in future for any appliance replacements.

Absolutely a top shop,
Don't go any where else this is the place you need to go, friendly clean and have items in stock. No only did they help me load it in my car they also gave me 4 screws for the integrated door.
Now 4 screws is not the end of the world but it just made it that much better.
I am so impressed with he customer service and the pricing.

I needed a washing machine in very fast fashion and that’s when I called sale appliances to rescue me. I spoke to this very polite man Beau. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. Delivery came the very next day with my brand new washing machine. I will also have to applaud James (the delivery man) was very efficient and got the job done very quick and left no mess. Would definitely be a returning customer and will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

We needed a fridge freezer urgently after our aged mum’s appliance failed 2 days before Christmas. Not a problem for Sale Appliances who delivered a new one the following morning and took the old one away! Superb service as well as ultra friendly and courteous. Price also excellent. After having an issue with my washing machine door a few months ago I contacted sale appliances, Beau and Ash were very helpful, quickly finding the part I needed. Unfortunately this week something else then went wrong with it, I decided it was probably time for a new one as it was very old. Again I spoke to Beau, he was very helpful and helped me find a replacent. It was delivered the next day by James who was very knowledgeable and polite. He called me to let me know when he would be arriving, it was delivered, plumbed in and the old one taken away very quickly.
I always use sale appliances because I trust I'm getting the best advice, I'm never pushed into buying the most expensive item - unlike other retailers, and they deliver when it suits me. I also like the fact that it's a family run business, you get a much better service. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Would highly recommend Sale Appliances to all.

They arranged for an engineer (Gavin) to come out to assess my Neff oven, as it had a problem where it caused my electric to keep tripping. He came round and was able to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be a faulty bottom element.

The part was ordered promptly and an appointment was made within a few days to repair my oven.
Gavin was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He repaired my oven and gave me helpful advice.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!
