I sent my concern previously and it seems like no action, that’s why I will share it here to make people aware and conscious.
You have to be very careful if you pick up reduced item, because if you check your receipt, you will find the original price. This is because they put the barcode sticker very carefully , not like the price sticker which they put it randomly. This is intended action because when I looked at other items , I found all of them were put the same way. Please , see the attached photos.

Not sure what’s happening to the management of this place.. they give up loads of manned checkouts in place of self checkouts which is great except that there’s nearly always way too long a wait to get someone to approve things… on top of which 50% of the time there’s no self checkout scanners available and I have to go get my own from the checkout and recharge it myself in order to start using it which is quicker than waiting for the staff to do it.

First time I'd ever visited this particular branch and have to say it was difficult to find the items I was looking for. I asked a member of staff where I could find tomato juice and she asked was it for cooking or drinking, when I said it was for drinking she sent almost to the other end of the store. I couldn't find it there and because I couldn't find another member of staff to ask I wandered around till I found it in the next aisle to where the member was working. Made my quick shopping trip somewhat longer than I had anticipated.

Awesome place.
Did you know they sell groceries here?

Jokes aside, good quality stuff as usual. Nice Argos within as well.

Serious question though where is the brut aftershave stocked?

Did a click and collect order, and the young man serving me was absolutely lovely. So polite and friendly! He is a credit to Sainsburys...I should have got his name to give personal credit to him here, but didn't think!

Sainsbury's Lyons Farm is a spacious superstore with a wide range of products. The layout is clear, making shopping easy. The fresh food section is impressive, with plenty of choice and quality produce. Self-service checkouts are efficient, but customer service at manned tills can be slow. Overall, a convenient shopping experience.
