Very poor product and customer service experience.

Goods were not delivered - that can happen - but then experienced the most aggressive and rude customer service. Some of the worst I have experienced in the UK.

Would recommend avoiding - not just for the bad product experience, but for the incredibly rude communication from the company.

Terrible service. My parcel arrived with half the goods missing. The customer service response was rude and unhelpful - refused to replace anything and blamed me. "Chance your arm" with DHL was their last response.

Immoral, low quality company - do not use.
