I asked Steve to pop round and assess my garden suitability for potential purchase of a robot mower. Steve talked me through the process and it was clearly obvious he had a vast amount of knowledge in garden layout and what the mower would be able to do and other areas that would need to be made into an "island". This "survey" was absolutely free. After a discussion with the wife we went ahead with the purchase and Steve visited earlier today as he promised, laid the boundary cable, setup the mower, explained everything I needed to know from operating of the machine, adjusting the height of the cutting blade and even setting up the phone app. I honestly could not have asked for anything more. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase, the install and support as Steve said ... "any problems just give me a shout and I will be round". I absolutely would recommend ST Gowan without any hesitation whatsoever. You have a VERY happy customer.
