Recently, we used S&K hospitality for our wedding catering at Hatfield Place.
From the very start, S&K were incredible!
We first met Shaun and Katrina at our wedding venues open day and they were lovely. Approachable, willing to answer any questions and wanted to know about us as a couple.
We booked a taster session and for this we tried 2 starters, mains and desserts. The hardest part of it was deciding on a 3 course meal as everything tasted delicious and not only that, Shaun & Katrina were so flexible they allowed us to change/add bits if we wanted to, really personalising our meal.
In between choosing our menu and our wedding, Katrina always responded quickly to any queries and was incredibly helpful suggesting alternatives for guests with dietary requirements.
On the day, all the staff of S&K were professional, helpful and kind. They checked that everything was okay and our guests commented on how delicious the meal was - there were lots of compliments regarding the beef too!!
For the evening food Shaun made fresh pizzas in the pizza oven with guests choosing their toppings. Guests loved this service too!

We recently had S&K as our catering for our wedding at Hatfield Place and they were fantastic. The communication and expertise prior to the day made everything run so smoothly, whilst on the day the waiting staff and food was INCREDIBLE. Firstly Katrina & her team were so lovely from the offset, nothing was too much of a problem! But the food itself was just delicious! So many people said I wouldn’t even get a chance to eat on my wedding day but I made sure I did as I didn’t want to miss out! And also the breakfast the next day was one of the best I’ve had!

The most amazing caterers. Incredible from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received from both Shaun & Katrina! Our two tastings we had were unreal & even better on the day. Not only was the food amazing, they are such lovely people who put people at the heart of their business. I really hope they open a restaurant one day because we’d be first in the queue. Katrina not only assisted with the catering side of the wedding but also anything else I had questions about! They got to know us as people as well as customers of theirs and their service was second to none. They only hire the best staff so the wedding goes so smoothly. Everyone has commented on how lovely the food was and how they’ve never been so full at a wedding as well as how nice the staff were! 10/10!!!! We love you guys & we wish you all the success for the future!

A fish & chip cone and mini burgers for your canapés followed by delicious warm Scotch Egg starter and the tastiest Steak & Ale Pie and Mash, finished off with Lemon Tart and Raspberry Sorbet - what more could we have asked for, wow! Our wedding menu was exceptional and Shaun & Katrina are a dream catering team. The food was so great, it was presented beautifully at our tasting and again on the wedding day and our guests have been so complimentary since. It was a February wedding at Hatfield Place and the team were fabulous, and everything went so well and the pre-wedding admin arrangements were made so easy by Katrina. The perfect end to our day was the freshly made wood fired pizzas by Shaun, they were so so good - we even had the opportunity to grab some cheesy photos!

We used these guys for our wedding after experiencing their fabulous food at my sisters wedding. We were blown away by their service. Our wedding was postponed 4 times due to covid and Katrina and the team were nothing but accommodating with all the date changes etc. We couldn't decide on a dessert as my husband has a very sweet tooth so they suggested we go with a trio of mini desserts which was perfect for all. We had a formal sit down meal for the wedding breakfast and hot burgers and hotdogs for the evening. The team are amazing, professional and friendly. Thank you for such great service and yummy food!
