We went looking for a garden room / summer house and they spent a lot of time with us explaining the options available and the benefits of each so found this very informative and helpful.
The prices offered seem competitive and the knowledgeable owner knew his stuff and seemed very genuine with his sales pitch.
They also offer a range of vegetables including squashes, some of which you won't find in supermarkets so well worth a visit.

What a joke, how do these even sell anything, made the journey to have a look around at plants and fresh produce and just see what they have really. But the gates were locked so we rang the bell, the man came out and said he's far too busy to let me in! Wasted journey so went elsewhere and spent our money at a, welcoming nursery!

We visited to buy hanging baskets and had 3 large flower beds to fill. Knocked on the door. This is after COVID restrictions, but we were still wearing masks. The door opened an inch. Lady said "what do you want". Hanging baskets we said. "Not ready yet". No further questions, no asking if we wanted to look around. The door was closed in our face. Another couple were behind. They too were turned away. Customer service is so bad, it's worth a visit for the laugh! Expected to have a shotgun trained on us as we left.
We then drove to Shottery where we piled our van high with £200 worth of bedding plants from a helpful nursery. How this place is still open?

Don't understand this place. Lots of signs etc asking you to come in but when you get there it's almost like they don't want your custom. Door is locked and when you ring the bell they ask, what do you want?
Erm.. I thought it was a shop?!

Feels a bit ramshackled which would of just felt quirky if they'd been friendly and welcoming. I don't understand how they sell anything... They have lots of passing traffic and right on the edge of Ryton village they could be making a killing. The shop had a whole load of fresh produce...! But the shop is all closed up, had no idea they sold fresh produce, does anyone know? . Loads of things didn't have prices, also really off putting. I'm assuming they just change the price depending on who asks.

I'd like to go back but its just not a welcoming shop.

I really hope for their own sake they can open the place up more and be more welcoming.

Went to get veg as pictures looked lovely and freshly picked. Bought carrots and runner beans that were fresh. A lot of the other produce was a bit past it. Disappointed ?. Was greeted with the comment, you need a mask to enter the shop and I was already wearing one?

Impressive showroom of garden sheds. Fresh local produce of fruit and veg. And a corner of plastic free toiletries and soap, washing up liquid re-filling station. Thumbs up planet friendly.
