A lovely little ice cream parlour at the bottom of the castle walks. Lovely sun trap of outside seating at the rear.

Cafe offering locally-made ice cream. There was a long list of flavours but less than half of them were available. I had a single scoop of chocolate, which was nice, but it was more like a double. Portions are too large imho - reduce the cost and the portion size!

A lovely, quiet little place to enjoy lunch or even just an ice cream. Staff are always polite and friendly when we go in. Their ice cream is homemade, you get a good portion for your money but if you're only after a small amount then tell them.

Quietly tucked away little treasure that is so easy to walk by. The ice-creams are delicious and a must try! The staff are welcoming and patient (especially since there are so many flavors of ice-cream to choose from). Place is clean and well kept, with seating inside.

Like a child in a sweetshop you are spoilt for choice of ice creams. There are 3 sizes of portions, depending on how much you think you can eat. For the non creamers there is a vast choice of cakes with tea or coffee also. If busy there is a garden seating area very handy for those with pets.

We went just before closing on Sunday (today)
As expected some of the ice creams had sold out...
They didn't have the ice-cream that we wanted...
However the one's that we had were amazing...!
The staff were still very busy... But very friendly and offered my partner a taster.
This was our first time visiting... we will definitely be back...
