booked a two night break with a voucher and had a wonderful stay. Very peaceful and quiet so had a very good sleep in a comfortable bed and pillows. Room large with a big bathroom with lovely fluffy white towels and nice complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was really tasty and good options with homemade bread and preserves also. Elizabeth the owner was very welcoming and a lovely lady who made sure you had everything you needed. Very good location just outside Hexham and Corbridge which we visited and enjoyed and not too far from Beamish which again we visited. Would definitely recommend and if in the area would book again which I'm certain we will. Thank you Elizabeth and hopefully see you again soon.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Gorgeous B&B right in the heart of the countryside. Room was clean and spacious with lovely views - and so quiet. Lovely breakfast and Elizabeth is a great host. Plenty of parking and nice to walk around the farm and it’s setting

Lovely peaceful location. Beautiful room with everything you could need and spectacular views. . Elizabeth the owner was an absolute star. We unfortunately couldn’t make breakfast on the first morning due to being unwell and Elizabeth was lovely enough to come and check on us and see if we needed anything. Breakfast the next morning was lovely. Fresh local produce in a lovely setting. All in all a fabulous stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Just returned from a lovely 2 night stay with our dog! Host was very friendly & helpful, room was perfect and plenty of room for dogs crate, great breakfast and everything we needed. Lots of lovely walks nearby, Hexham only ten mins away too for a few more dinner options.

Fabulous location, wonderful host , beautiful countryside and the added value of being on an actual working sheep farm. We wished we'd have chosen to stay longer. Thank you Elizabeth x 🐑

We stayed overnight in a family room, as a family of 3, on a last minute weekend trip to beautiful Northumberland. The farm is set in glorious countryside & has magnificent views. It's a really beautiful spot in a really beautiful part of the world, that we love. Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. Plenty of room to sit & chat while having a cuppa from the teatray - all Clipper tea, coffee & sugar, so organic & fair trade, which I love & which is so much better than standard fare. Bathroom was small but functional, lovely toiletries provided & plenty of clean towels. Cooked breakfast in the morning, which was delicious & all locally sourced. The homemade bread & free range eggs were fab. We could watch the hilarious antics of the hens from our window, which we loved. There's a basic barn games room which we used to play skittles & draughts, even our, at times, taciturn 13 year old enjoyed that! Elizabeth is a friendly & efficient host. The farm is close to both Hexham & Corbridge so plenty of meal choice. We love Corbridge & ate at Casa Rossa, which was excellent, again. The best part of our stay was the utter peace & tranquility. It was hard to tear ourselves away from this gorgeous place & we certainly hope to return. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you!

We enjoyed our excellent overnight stay, enroute from Scotland to our home in Warwickshire. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, & a lovely breakfast.|Thanks to you Elizabeth for looking after us so well. We hope to visit you again one day xx

Owner Elizabeth very pleasant and friendly. Room too small with creaky floorboards and creaky uncomfortable bed and pillows terrible. Could hear people on toilet and shower. Small portion for breakfast not much choice of fruit juice or fruit and no beans on cooked breakfast and only one item of each. Although a pleasant stay was disappointed with breakfast and room and overvalued for what you got. Lovely location. Shame as was a pleasant stay overall but needs changes
