First time I have ever been here. Myself and two kids were hunting for pumpkins as everywhere had sold out. The lovely ladies here said that they had some that they were going to be making pumpkin soup with (they didn’t have any for sale) they gave one to each of my sons as a gift. I will definitely be going back. Lovely plant shop, restaurant, kids play area, pet shop and more. Thank you for saving the day!

I can't praise Amanda and the team at Rutland garden village enough as I finally took the plunge today and did my first craft market stall which was being held at the garden center and what a lovely, friendly welcome I received on my arrival which continued throughout the event, the event is well organized and what a lovely community the crafters make too. I also have to mention the amazing food quality after visiting the restaurant on site for a hot chocolate and bacon roll which you could definitely tell the products used were of high quality and therefore extremely enjoyable. Lots going on here. Lovely garden centre with plants, pots & gift type shops all reasonably priced. A restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. Had a prawn sandwich for lunch on granny bread (options of white & gluten free) really fresh & tasty with a side of salad & chips under £9. Also. Separate cafe with beautiful decor & serving beautiful cakes. Have been many times before & will continue to go back.

Called in to buy a hose pipe for our Motorhome and had another usual request which the owner, Kate and her staff went out of their way to help us with. We spent a very enjoyable couple of hours browsing the shops, having tea and scones in their beautiful Cakery - our dogs were welcomed everywhere, which is rare, these days. What a great find. Highly recommended *

Garden centre was average but credit card system was not working well so checkout was poor. Very poor food in the restaurant. Essence of the daily special of beef chilli and rice. Came out like a child’s portion and exceptionally bland. We will not return.

I had a celebration cake made to order for a 60th birthday. Very reasonably priced, looked fabulous and tasted amazing! Lovely people to deal with. Highly recommend.

A lovely place to visit. It has undergone lots of changes and I was very impressed. The café is beautiful and dog friendly which is good to know. Gluten free options available. I will visit again very soon.

A big thumbs up to The Radish. The decor and layout are lovely, they give the place a really welcoming, open feel.

You can build your own breakfast and you will get quality ingredients. The bacon comes in proper thick rashers. The sourdough toast is terrific. The chunky chips are delicious, as are the mushrooms. Everything was piping hot and it came quickly too. I paid a tenner for a very filling meal.

I couldn't resist a look at the Cakery afterwards and was tempted into a takeaway cake. Also great quality.

I will definitely be going back to this gem.
