The place looks lovely from the outside and is obviously very popular as it was booked up. Most staff were polite, smiley and friendly.... apart from the very blunt and rude one that reluctantly greeted us without a smile, said someone will be with you in a minute and literally the minute we say down said, what did you want, quite abruptly. We hadn't even had a chance to look at the menu! She just wasn't friendly to anyone, I think she was called Vicky. Like I say the other staff were lovely and the shop looked amazing when we went in after our coffee. Lots of options, including gluten free.

Excellent choice of food on cafe menus. Superb meal, well presented, timely served, tasted delicious. So popular need to book beforehand to ensure a seat for the cafe. Very fresh vegetables in the shop, lovely choice of breads, pastries and other goods. Ample parking.

Really good quality farm shop and café/resturant, getting the bad point out if the way at the start - the fresh food is so expensive! This is way it’s 4* not 5*.
The ranges in the shop are great, there are also greeting cards, and good quality gifts.
The restaurant is lovely and very good quality.
All the staff we came across and interacted with were great.

The café is amazing with lovely decorations and the breakfast was delicious 10/10 The farm shop stock what you eat in their café and a you can buy my absolute favourites Hash Browns. I'll take 10 tubs please and Rumwell farm shop stock JellyCats.

Had a lovely breakfast here on a busy Sunday morning. Food was excellent. The staff were fast, friendly and efficient. The farm shop was wonderful too, with huge amount of choices. Will definitely return!

We saw Rumwells on TV and wanted to go! We weren't disappointed at all, the staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful in both the restaurant and shop, really made you feel welcome! The food was delicious and taking a couple of their donuts home extended the experience, yum yum! Highly recommend a visit. Thank you to everyone at Rumwells for giving us a really wonderful experience.

Went here for breakfast and a mooch around the farm shop.

Breakfast was excellent and great value. Great place for young children with a large play area too.

Farm shop onsite was lovely with a great selection of cakes etc.
