I purchased a brand-new lawnmower just over a year ago. It wasn’t running properly, so I took it in for repairs. However, I never received any communication about the necessary repairs or work to be carried out. Eventually, I was charged £137 for a simple carburettor cleaning and service. After reaching out to several other lawnmower repair shops, I was told I had been significantly overcharged for what is typically a straightforward task. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I still haven’t received an invoice. I highly recommend avoiding this business at all costs.

Great honest and friendly service.

Was looking for a replacement belt for my mower deck. They had a search through their stores but couldn't find anything suitable. Let me know that they could order the part in, but that their price would be expensive compared to online. Found the part number and searched up a few options online. Excellent customer service.
