Trying to track down an item just spoke to Fraser Scott . This gentleman was kind enough to phone dealer to track down an item i needed at speed .
Offered alternatives to help out and phoned back within minutes as he said he would .
My purchase would have been minimal compared with here usual requests never the less he was friendly and very helpful I really appreciated this great customer service
