Awful attitude! Shockingly overpriced! I was a new customer the attitude towards me was horrendous. The engineer was brilliant and polite, the only good thing to say about this company. I was shocked to have to pay over £300 for my gas safety certificate. I will definitely not be using again and will not be recommending them either. Communication through emails very poor. Be aware there is a callout fee for 2nd visit plus time on top, of which they don't tell you about.

Awful attitude! Called to see if received my email with correct part numbers & told yes probably, but way too busy to reply.. too busy to reply Maybe create a template that you can copy & paste with your standard process on it A lot of people these days have automatic response emails saying thank you for your email we will.....
Lots of options but don’t have a bad attitude with a potential customer & do one of those sarcastic laughs whilst saying we don’t do it like that’, infuriating ?

For aggressively tailgating me along the A350... maybe your staff should think about the image they present when driving dangerously in a company van. Looks like you don't need any help with 1 star reviews though. Avoid.

Called company to take a look at a fridge , had a invoice shortly after £97 for call out and £700 to fix fridge , need less to say didn’t get fridge repaired and may be they need to make customers aware there is a call out fee and time spent by employee on site . When called them they didn’t mention no call outs fees etc or otherwise I wouldn’t of called them

Poor communication, unfortunately staff not very helpful in the office, charged a second invoice 5 days after first repair didn’t work.. then claim to have sent invoices to an email address which they can’t tell us which, then sent to a collection agency as the emails haven’t reached us..!! Overall would recommend find someone else..!! Have asked for a reply or explanation from Manager, let’s see if we get a return call, based on there ‘quality’ so far, I’m doubtful they will bother

OVER PRICED. Charged more than purchasing a new fridge. Part arrived 3 weeks later than promised. Off-handed attitude when called to enquire when the parts would arrrive.
