I need to leave a review.i bought a tandoor from here afew ago.and day before xmas eve.the burner stopped working.i spoke to manger.next day before we opened the sent a engineer and the problem was fixed.the did a fabulous job.

Unbelievable shopping experience with Rotoquip. They did a full commercial kitchen for us. From extraction system to blenders.

Very professional and handled every enquiry very professionally.

Would definitely recommend and 100% shop with them again!!!

I purchased a cooker based on there reviews and videos. These guys firstly were very good at selling the cooker there service seemed to be very good, updates on delivery etc.

However they miss sold by promising us one thing and giving us something else.

My colleague tried to contact them and they did not want to take responsibility. Instead fobbing us off.

Although the cooker is of OK it was not what we paid for and very poor quality. It will do the job and that’s it.

If you decide to purchase a product from Rotaquip, make sure you ask them to confirm in writing what they are selling to you. Ensure they send you exact spec and look and style.

Make sure you have the spec and design and pictures in a written contract form!!

Otherwise they will take advantage of you.
We will never recommend this business and have now put this cooker for sale and decided to go back to a company who his honest and make sure the customer is happy. What a waste of time especially during these tonight times.

We don’t mind paying more but at least give us the product we wanted rather them take advantage of the customer. Shame on you!!

Would not recommend these guys to anyone. Very cheap material used. During busy times the cooker makes so much noise due to the cheap material they have used. We have used many cookers before but this is probably the last time we would go to Rotoquip.
The other machines may be excellent from these guys buy cooker wise I would not purchase again. I was expecting something much better than what I received.

Myself and my brother purchased 2 6burner chargrills for domestic use. The staff were great helpful and friendly . We drove down from Newcastle and was amazed at the fine quality that they produce using up to date technology and fine design. We were shown around the factory by the owner and made very welcome . We not only left with 2 quality chargrills but also made a very good friend...I got mine home and within minutes was serving food to friends and family... 10/10...quality goods made in the UK.
