Great quality item and looks great when up. 6 days for delivery only due to waiting one day for brackets before could ship order complete. Staff very helpful and polite and kept me updated. Couldn’t fault item as quality very good and staff very good. Good all round purchase thank you.

I ordered a rope bannister a week before I needed it. Ordering online was easy enough, with good instructions to show how to measure, etc. When I ordered I realised that it had stated 3 to 5 days for delivery from dispatch, not from order. So I emailed to ask if it would be ready in time as I was hoping to take it to France. This was on the Monday and I needed it for the Friday. Maxine emailed back straight away to say she would fast track it and ensure it got here in time. She was true to her word as it arrived on Wednesday!
Very pleased with the rope, it's soft yet sturdy and of very good quality. Pretty sure this will look fantastic once it's in place.
Great customer service - so much better than ordering from a faceless entity such as Amazon. Would definitely recommend.

While the product was good, delivery and communication from this company was shocking. Took over 2 weeks for delivery. After the first week I contacted on the Friday he told me it would be with me on a Saturday or the Monday. Still no sign of rope on these days, then the lady guaranteed me delivery by the end of the second week after she said the rope wasn’t even in stock. Surely there should be something on the website saying out of stock and you shouldn’t be selling it if you don’t have it. After being guaranteed delivery by the end of the second week it didn’t turn up. It did eventually turn up the following week but don’t believe a word they tell you. Didn’t want to write a review like this but it felt necessary as I can see others are having the same issue regarding delivery. I will stress though the product was good and if you’re happy to wait for it then use them

I have been trying to complete an order about a month, paid already and still not received. All communication has been terrible, still waiting and they keep say I will receive my order the next day and here we go, another week waiting. If you have a date to deliver a job depending on their product you can not rely on them because you will be in trouble.

Placed an order Sunday June 16th had no communication…. Emailed them for an update on delivery…..no communication…. Just rung them Friday 21st and was informed it won’t be with until maybe the middle of NEXT WEEK !!!! Very poor service and would not recommend to anyone…..
