I recently ordered from Romford Halal Meat, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I called them about an hour before I arrived, and they ensured that my order was ready and waiting for me. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the process seamless.

As always, the quality of the meat was outstanding—fresh and of the highest standard. It's clear that they take great care in providing their customers with the best products. I highly recommend Romford Halal Meat to anyone looking for quality halal options. I’ll definitely be returning!

These people need to work on their customer service. You must teach your workers how to speak and be polite or you will not have anymore customers. The rudeness was in another level; zero politeness. I have been coming here for 14 years but since Covid happened I don't know if the staff has changed or what but the insolence is really bad now.

Driving all the way there from Kent for over an hour to buy the meat just to be spoken to so rudely and they serve only their kind so if you're black or from the West forget it. For example, when we came there, we waited patiently for over an hour for our meat to be cut and they still cut it incorrectly while another man, who was Asian, came in, ordered boneless meat and was served instantly. The female staff for the whole time were making sarcastic jokes about the people who are there waiting and laughing at them behind the till.

When they sell you meat, sometimes it is not fresh so when you cook it, it comes out far below your expectations. Previously, they have but the meat that I have bought incorrectly into the machine which led to small parts of bones being all around the meat which is very dangerous, especially when I have 2 young children at home.

I am extremely disappointed with the downfall of this business over the years and I would not recommend it to anyone who is looking to have an stress-free day and buy high-quality halal meat.

While I appreciate the competitive pricing at your store, I was disappointed by the lack of a structured queuing system during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the absence of clear management led to a chaotic experience, with customers cutting in line without hesitation. To make matters worse, the staff did not acknowledge waiting customers or ensure fair service—despite having my items ready to pay, I was completely overlooked.

This experience was frustrating enough that I ultimately chose to leave without completing my purchase. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the customer service process, ensuring a fair and organised system for future visits.

Far away from having any standard,an unprofessional staff the worst customer where even the manager doesn't have any professional clue,, never seen it,, wandering why wasn't any customer there!!! This unprofessional staff result,,,

Firstly, you can buy 5 KG of top quality beef from most of the Halal shop for £20 or less. For instance, if you go to Whitechapel Mas Bazar, Haat Bazar etc. you can buy mixed beef 5 KG for £20, anyone can go and verify it. Even in my local Halal shop in Queens Crescent, they sell 5 KG beef for £20.

Secondly, you have avoided answering about the size of the meat, you've charged £150 to butcher the meat and bones into small pieces but look at the size of the meat and bones on the picture, do they look small to you? How do you expect us to cut the bones at home? One might be able to cut the meat but bones? Besides, we have paid you for this service so you are obliged to fulfil it but you have not. I've asked you for refund of butchering cost but I have not heard anything back from you yet.

Finally, quality of the meat was substandard, we still have the meat in the fridge, we can defrost some and you are welcome to come and inspect the meat yourself. I will ask others to write their own reviews about their own experiences of the Qurbani with you, so you can get everyone's views.

These guys are dishonest and cheats. Me, some of my family members and friends placed an order for Cow Qurbani. We've paid £1,680 for a cow including £150 for them to cut the meat into small pieces.

I tried to ask them about the size of the cow when placing the order but they've avoided answering the question. After the Qurbani when we collected the meat, we realised there were many things wrong about our order. Firstly, for my portion (1 out of 7 portions) I've got slightly less than 33 KG of meat, bones etc., I've paid £240 for a portion, meaning it costed me around £7.30 per KG of meat, bones etc. I normally buy 5 KG of mixed meat and bones for £20 that's £4 per KG. Thus, they've charged us almost twice as much for the Qurbani compared to what we normally pay at local Halal shop.

Although they've charged £150 extra to butcher the meat and bones into small pieces, but they didn't do that, please look at the pictures to get an idea as to how big the meat and bone pieces were.

That's not all, quality of the meat was rubbish, meat almost started to rott, they've done the Qurbani on the 2nd day of the Eid and handed the meat to us on the 4th day, and it appears that they have not stored the meat properly. Because of how the meat looked and smelled we could not eat that. We cooked some of it, and rest of it is still in the fridge, we don't know what we are going to do with all these remaining meats.

I would like to urge our community to be careful about placing any Qurbani with this company. I'm almost certain you will be disappointed.

The meat is off I have been coming here for years. my dad used to take me here when I was a kid. I think it has changed.

Bought Chinese wings, they were delicious on the bbq.

However, I bought five pieces of lamb chops in which majority was fat which needed trimming when I got home. the bone was approximately eight inches long adding to the weight along with the fat. I feel I paid a lot more money than it should have.
I didn't have much time to fish through which one I wanted as I was rushing. Not gonna lie, once all the fat was removed the lamb chops were great quality.

I will go again but just be mindful purchasing anything with alot of fat or bone.

The rest of the meat selection was great though.
