I went for a little browse today and I enquired about getting my platinum rings cleaned and polished. He said he could do them in 15 mins and I said wonderful. Came to collect and the rings look brand new, metal is shiny and diamonds sparkling. The kind man didn’t charge me a penny and he said platinum can be done on the premises which was a bonus as I hate being without them.
I walked out so happy and with my shiny rings again. Generous and wonderful service. Thank you.

We’re absolutely over the moon with our wedding rings! Tim was recommended to us as a jeweler, and he truly exceeded our expectations. There seems to be nothing he can’t do- no matter how unusual our requests were (and some were quite out there!), he embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and a smile. We’ve since recommended Tim to our friends and family, and they’ve been just as impressed with his craftsmanship. We happily make the 3.5-hour drive every time- it’s well worth it for a jeweler we completely trust. Exceptional service, outstanding prices and quality- an all-around brilliant experience. Highly recommended!

What a great jewlers! Very friendly and welcoming, recently purchased an amazing Ruby/diamond cluster necklace. The service here is exceptional, I had to pop in today to have my wedding ring resized, I emailed and received and answer within the hour which is record breaking nowadays! Tim resized and polished within 10 minutes! The Lady who was serving me was very kind and knowledgeable as she had helped decide which necklace to purchase as a wedding gift to my fiancé'... as I was a bit lost😅 She also helped with the sizing of my wedding ring! All in all a 10/10 jewlers, thank you 🙏

Twice now I have had amazing experience at this jewellers. Firstly they resized my engagement ring very prompt at a reasonable price and then a few months later they fixed it when I noticed it had bent and lost stones. I dropped it in and a few hours later it was back to me, fixed, cleaned and looking like new! I've had lots of compliments already! Thank you so much 🙂

I took my engagement ring into Robert Alan Jewellers to see about having it remodelled into a pendant as it no longer fitted. Had a great chat with Tim about what he could do. The finished item was amazing, so pleased with his workmanship and advice. Highly recommend this jewellers as I had an excellent service all round.

Have second hand Sekonda watch which I use for work. It kept on stopping for no apparent reason, thinking it was the battery, I visited Robert Allan jewelers in New Milton.
Mr Alan immediately checked the battery and explained that it was not the problem.
He then explained that the watch could not be serviced but would lubricate the movements.
When I offered to pay Mr Alan would not accept any payment as he could not guarantee the repair. Very pleased to find such excellent service which is given in a very ethical way.

I made a visit to Robert Allen jewellers to have the bracelet fastening device on my Bulova watch strap adjusted as it kept opening up. When presented to him I was told that there was a possibility the device could break, but asked him to go ahead anyway with his expertise he adjusted it and now it locks even better than before, many thanks to you. Again no charge for the service

I went into this local jewellers because I had broken the clasp on a silver and amber bracelet as well as completely detaching one of the sections. They fixed brilliantly and quickly, then they didn't charge me.
Well they will have my future business and I suggest any other people in the area who needs a jeweller should make Robert Alan Jewellers that first point of call. Thanks.
