Extortion at it's most disturbing and disgusting, before you order from these people, I suggest you, check your prices with the supermarkets, Tescos organic selection, save yourself and save your money. #Shameful , taking advantage of the vunerable and elderly.

We love the veg that we get and the variety. The veg is super high quality and tastes amazing.
Comes straight from the farmers and you can tell as a lot of the veg is still covered in mud that adds to the whole experience.we love how it isn’t using plastic packaging.
However they should pick up your cardboard box on the next order to reuse but this hasn’t happened for us yet even when leaving in obvious places for them to collect this is only a small thing though and our only negative we have had so don’t complain about the overall service

Beyond Bounds

We have been ordering vegetables and meats from them for over 16 years now. They were really good during COVID of prioritising the existing customers.

It is a shame that their selections of both vegetables and meats are becoming smaller and limited so we have to start shopping elsewhere in addition to buying form them.

My family uses this supplier for over 8 years now. I am very happy with the products and the service. Packaging is good, products are fresh, customer service is helpful if you need them. Of course, the rates have gone up, as everywhere, this is part of life. Organic produce is hard work actually, they deserve my money every penny of it. Thank you Riverford, thank you Guy Watson for your walnut tree, which you have planted 30 years ago and for your life commitment to fruit and veg!!! From a happy customer from South London xxx

They sent the parcel to an address I don't live in anymore. Cancelling on the web portal is not intuitive. Hence, I delayed until I got charged and due to not being able to change the address, I threw £13.95 down the drain.

Awful, awful service. Bit overpriced too.

I've now tried several fruit&veg boxes and think I'll stick with Riverford for (mainly) 3 reasons: 1. for organic produce, it's really good value. 2. The selection is pretty good and I can customize my box and 3. All packaging can either be returned or composted in my garden. So far I didn't have to throw anything away! 🙂

I can't justify the price of these boxes. I had a box delivered for over £20. When I picked up the same ingredients in larger quantities at the supermarket it came to £8.50. I understand it's organic but not price sustainable as an alternative veg option long term.

Great fresh produce. Yes more expensive than supermarket but for a very good reason. So fresh lasts all week and no waste. Easy to add to your order, try new things and pause order if required. Great!
