I would have given a negative or zero stars if possible. Had visited there recently and stayed there for 5 nights. I regret choosing them and I would not recommend this cottage to anyone, especially, a family with kids.

Reasons;

1. The house makes squeaky noise if someone walks on the top floor.

2. They will find excuses to charge extra after you leave the house even though you carefully use the house.

3. They expect you to leave the house with the same conditions the way you first entered the house. Why do you pay them then?

4. They charged us extra after leaving the house for dirty laundry, and dirty kitchen towels.

5. The general expectation is that if you use the house the bed sheets, shower towels, kitchen towels and bed sheets will get dirty and the house maintenance people will clean those staff but they charged us extra for cleaning. If you do charge extra for cleaning those staff why do you offer those in the first place? We could have carried our own staff.

6. Even if you make a complaint to the management, you will never receive any satisfactory response as they are greedy to make money.

7. They will deduct money from your bank account first and then they will send an email saying those non · senses.

Recently visited this holiday home, found the management extremely rude in behaviour and we have faced racial discrimination in dealing with us. Even they have charged extra fees which was hidden in tiny terms and conditions of £287 for some duvet cover and towels which has not been damaged and for 5 inch in length by crayon marks by kids. Be aware that this house can cost you more even for silly reasons. I will not recommend this house to any Asian community for their racism mindset. We have found most of the property items broken and non working condition and towel was dirty and dusty 😢. Extremely unhappy with service quality. This is worst holiday house I have ever seen.

Riverside was a wonderful experience, very well set up to host guests, with compact storage and lovely finish. Situated in the middle of nature with the bubbling stream in the background and birdsong, this place is set up for exploring Cornwall easily, as a nature haven. Parking is right outside, with the harbour a 15min run away. Redruth is 8mins drive which has a cute high street to explore that's not touristic at all. Would highly recommend.

I visited one of the businesses that seem to be flourishing in this small business park, nestled in a valley in beautiful scenery. The architecture of the buildings fits in well with their surroundings.

Stayed a few times now and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! Huts are so clean and beautifully presented and the owners are more than welcoming! Highly recommended and worth every penny.

What a great find, we stayed in a 1 bed cottage (there are larger ones available), all you need in a self contained unit finished to a really high standard. Nice and quiet. Close to Portreath and with easy access to the surrounding area including Truro, Redruth and Hayle. Chris the owner, Jenna and their families have done an amazing job in converting an old farm yard with a cottage into high standard holiday lets. Good luck for the future plans, we will definitely return, thanks.
