Bought new chain saw
within the warranty a fault went back to Louth depot
.they were happy to repair but the next day after I talked to Stihl and they called the depot.. the atmosphere changed telling me that not covered by warranty as I damaged the equipment
It appears they were tying to ditch the problem
On to me..hope they see sense thought stihl and them top quality
