I would definitely recommend Rice and Roman. We first approached Josh in sales to try and sell mums retirement flat after mum's passing but the market was proving to be slow and there were already several properties on the development also for sale. Josh suggested we rent it out for a year to see if things picked up later. Having never been a landlord before, it was a bit daunting. Jade and Joanna were so helpful and found us a tenant very quickly and dealt with everything very efficiently. So a big thank you to the team from us, Maxine and Kieron.

I can thoroughly recommend Rice and Roman I had an excellent experience with them.
After losing my mum I had to sell her flat and was finding it difficult to understand exactly what to do and how to go about it. As I know Rice and Roman often sell apartments in Mums block I asked them to do a valuation for probate. This was done quickly and efficiently so it was natural to use them for the sale. This was handled with care and at a speed that I wanted to move at which was slow to start with due to so much else going on. They found a buyer quickly and everything moved forward seemingly effortlessly. We completed end of August. I can’t thank them enough, especially Tom who I dealt with most of the time.
