Avoid this place! It’s not even 1 star. Payment is ridiculous, you struggle unless renting a room, or do lots of overtime and they treat you like a donkey, management treat you like a dog, and think people are stupid. They make rules and telling people that’s the law, which is not! For example they say 6 hours work without break, it’s fine by law. I tell you it’s not!!! It’s 4 and half hour if you work 6 hours or more! If you are argue you get the hardest manual job in your department, regardless your gender! Senior ops think too much about themselves, favourising people. If you are not favourised, you have hard life. Your complain finds deaf ears. I can’t imagine what needs to happen that HR be on your side.
Training? Forget it! A co-worker refused my training, because the company policy had changed and I get my pay rate straight so I didn’t need to work for minimum wage for 3 months.(anyway not a big difference) It wasn’t my fault… department manager did nothing…
Dirty, disgusting place! I don’t even understand how can this place still open?! Once you worked there you revalue M&S food! I don’t buy it!

This place is like heaven. You get treated like a star and I am a star. I am the biggest star in RF Brooks, the staff here are not racist. They are misunderstood their lovely people. They really like to make food and they love food. Yum!

Not even 1 star for this place. As a delivery driver, I am disgusted with the very poor cleanliness for a food factory. The goods in office is absolutely filthy. The area around the unloading bays is littered with rubbish, some of which has obviously been there a long time. Flies and maggots are rife. M&S among one of their customers should be withdrawing ties with RF Brooks.

Absolutely ridiculous wait outside for 2 hours as four pallets is too much work for them, then wait another two hours to be tipped... Is this some kind of sick joke Fresh food unloaded near rubbish bins flys everywhere how they still operate I don't know
