If I could leave -zero stars then it would be too many! NOT suitable for commercial workshops!! I'm the owner of two garages and used a floor paint supplied by Watco in one of my workshops and couldn't fault (more importantly they sent all the same colour paint)... Resincoat sent me a mix of all different coloured "dark grey" paint. My workshop floor in my Mercedes-Benz Specialist garage is multi-coloured due to this. Please see picture. Customer service are a complete waste of time asking me to send the "light grey/blue and not so dark grey paint" back for a refund!!! Obviously, this was already on the floor!! Have to instruct a contractor to repaint the floor (once the business is closed for long enough to drive on) to paint in a superior paint! Absolute waste of time... Customer complaints department implied I had not prepped the floor correctly (due to it being scratched) within 1 week of use.... if grinding the floor back with a diamond cutter and applying an acid etch is not sufficient (4 days solid prep) then again, this product is insufficient for commercial use. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! BUY YOUR COMMERCIAL USE PAINT FROM WATCO!

Recent purchases of both 2-part primer and garage floor paint, absolutely great. Solid hard finish that can take being rinsed down, squeegeed dry or simply dry brushed; all actions do not affect this paint. So much better than simple concrete garage floor paint that wears away in a few weeks. Get your preparation right, follow the instructions and you won’t regret it.

This should be a five star review as answering phone is excellent and response to emails is good which fills a common bad gap in online businesses. Very disappointing (hence 1star) by the most important factor, which is a successful delivery and following very simple instructions. If the customer is residential and working hard so unavailable then there must be a better way to ensure proper delivery site is made that is not visible to the easy theft. In this case not only incorrect position but completelY visible from all sides including the street. ( and there have been frequent front door step thefts where this item was left). Should be points and use of a different service than APC.

Very good product to use. Don’t bother with a paint tray. Pour directly onto the roof small areas at a time and roll with a furry roller. Needs to work quickly though. End result seems good like a layer of silicone. Only had it on a week so time will tell.
I used joint scrim to cover any joints on the existing roof. Takes a bit of covering so I went over it the next day. With another coat over the joints

My boss used to buy loads of their outdoor paint products, they used to be long lasting but unfortunately do not last long at all so not fit for purpose, unless you want to repaint every 6 months!

Ordered paint, levelling and primer to redo my Garage floor which was breaking up and looking tired. Minus one star as I paid extra for Next Day delivery, but it took 3 days to arrive, but plus one star as Resincoat refunded the premium.
The paint tin must have been packed in the heatwave and then cooled a bit; the sides had buckled and lid was almost impossible to remove, but got in eventually, and results were well worth while. I have only used a single top coat as this a light traffic area, but still pleased with depth of the finish.
Full marks also for speed of response on tech queries.
