Mystery cheese box arrived as an anniversary present for my husband,packaged beautifully. The range of cheese was exceptional along with the fresh honey,definitely will order again.

I bought the Xmas mystery cheese box (limited to 300) from the Stamford shop a couple of months back. The box arrived yesterday (20/12). Overall pretty disappointing. There were six (small) portions of soft cheeses with expiry dates of 27th and 28th December and one in January. Not worth the money (I paid £55). The presentation boxes in the shop looked much better and raised expectations which were not met. I might buy from the shop again, but I very much got the impression that this mystery cheese box offer is a plot for R&R to offload soon to be out of date cheeses at an inflated price by cynically using Christmas as a cover.

Really good example of a small boutique type company who sell good quality products. Bought one of their variety cheese packs for friends of ours who have everything they need and want for nothing.
They were thrilled with the way the pack arrived, well packaged and cold. The cheeses were clearly labelled and there was a bit of information with each one which made them interesting.
All of the cheeses were super tasty - better than the typical supermarket type. They lasted well in the fridge and made for an excellent after dinner cheese board.

Misleading information. Says it's a cheese shop, one of the services on the Google profile is 'in store shopping'. Arrived in Papworth to be told the shop is in Stamford. Despite being in a warehouse full of cheese, they couldn't sell us any. Wasted trip. No cheese. Rennet and Rind, I suggest you update your Google profile with the correct info and shop location.

I have had 3 of the Mystery Cheese boxes - 2 for myself, and I gave one as a Father's Day gift. The cheeses are a mix of hard and soft plus a blue ... all of them have been fab ... but I love cheese! Would heartily recommend - the cheeses arrive beautifully boxed so are ideal for gifting - I use mine for snacking on whilst doing Jays Virtual Pub Quiz .... perfect!

I am a fan of Rennet and Rind. I usually order a range of hard and soft cheeses, including cheeses using unpasteurised milk. I loved the Old Roan Wensleydale... creamy and rich. The Cerney Ash soft cheese was out of this world and will be part of my next order. It's really interesting to try different types of the same cheese. I especially enjoy different stilton (Cropwell Bishop Stilton is a favourite) and different cheddar. Enjoying very special cheeses prompts great conversation at the lunch or dinner table. Everyone loves identifying the subtle and sometimes not so subtle differences. It's a taste adventure. We enjoy choosing the breads and crackers to go with the cheeses and love spending
time eating and talking about our preferences. The cheese comes well packaged - and often with a surprise addition, such as crackers or special butters. This is a company that is genuinely proud of its business and wants to delight its customers.

Ordered a box of cheese and associated condiments. The delivery is prompt (local delivery) and the delivery staff is very friendly and enthusiastic (which speaks volumes about their joy at work). The packaging is professionally done. One of the softer cheeses got squashed a little but such is life. Lovely British cheese selection and the smell is delightful. Will definitely order from them again.
