I tasked Redeemed Decor with sprucing up some very vintage furniture - a chest of drawers and 2 side tables made by my carpenter great grandfather for his daughter (my Granny) for her wedding day. These were very special items to me that needed some love and restoration to bring them back to their former glory, and Melanie and Redeemed Decor did a brilliant job. They kept me posted and informed me on choices throughout, such as the sending pictures of the different effects of different waxes and were very communicative. The whole process felt very easy and I felt like my furniture was in very safe and capable hands throughout. They also offer the option of picking up and delivering the items which made life much easier too. Would 100% recommend!

I had an amazing day at the furniture painting workshop. Mel had sought out the perfect colour for my project and both she and Paul set up and ran the workshop brilliantly. It was so great to turn a tired piece of furniture into something beautiful and i can’t wait to do the next one! Thank you Mel and Paul for all your help and a great day.

My mum and I went on the furniture up-cycle workshop together and loved it. We chose a couple of tatty old round tables that were otherwise going to be thrown out and with Paul and Mel’s support, transformed them into two fabulous contemporary “pieces of art”.

The workshop was really fun, simple to follow and Mel was a brilliant teacher. I’d definitely recommend anyone to give it a go and come away with a new piece of furniture you’ll be proud to display! Thank you both 🙂

Amazing workshop!

I attended this workshop and it was incredible. The venue is gorgeous and showcases the owners hand painted furniture and art pieces. The owners are just so welcoming and nurturing in the way that they teach. They want everyone to succeed in their chosen project. I took home a beautiful piece of furniture which I upcycled with my own fair hands under the supervision of the owners. I'm so proud of what I achieved and my family was blown away with what I had curated.

We attended the workshop today. Mel was an incredible teacher. She showed us so many techniques and was endlessly patient with all our questions and indecision on chosen finish! We came away with a fabulous unique piece of furniture each and learnt far more than we imagined we could learn in a one day workshop.
