My first time coming to see Ali this evening and it was amazing. I had reflexology on my feet I had a lot of tension and felt very stressed and she worked wonders. She really knows her stuff. Truly amazing. The moment i stepped foot in her door she was so welcoming which made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend Ali and I will definitely be going back.

As someone who finds it hard to truly relax and quiet my very active mind, I was eager to try reflexology when Ali invited me for a session. Although I didn't fully understand the science behind it, I thought it was worth a go. Ali is exceptionally knowledgeable about her practice. We initially discussed areas of focus and healing, and she explained in understandable terms why this treatment is unique, powerful, and how it works.

Her consultation room, overlooking a beautiful period walled garden, is a true haven of serenity and zen. During my first session, I felt as though she had cast a spell on me. Within about 10 minutes, I was in a deeply relaxed state, all from her work on my feet! When the treatment finished, I awoke feeling a profound sense of calm and relaxation. Naturally, I booked another treatment with Ali a few weeks later and plan to continue doing so.

I cannot recommend Ali and her treatments enough. In a busy world where we often neglect to truly relax and care for our bodies, her sessions are a significant step in the right direction. I have tangibly felt less stress and anxiety as a result of each session and eagerly look forward to my next.

What a blissful, calming experience! Ali was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked through the gate into her beautiful garden, putting me totally at ease.
