Ordered a 2kg Lamb shoulder and explained I was going to smoke over the BBQ and they were friendly and knowledgable on the phone. After 6 hrs of smoking it was the best lamb we’d ever had. Also the Sicilian sausages are lovely and the ‘rare’ Smokey streaky bacon.

Good service, great selection and all sausages are gluten free so got quite carried away buying things. It is a little pricey but the quality is very good.

Went in wanting a bit of guidance on what to choose and the woman just seemed annoyed by me having questions. Sent me home with braising steak when I'd asked for a steak to do on the BBQ.

On a different occasion my partner said staff were very helpful and we were happy with the quality so maybe just an off day

Good quality meat but with an air or arrogance to the place. Reasonable questions about products responded to defensively. Hungarian chap always helpful and nice though.

Kelvins on East Street a much nicer experience.. traditional butcher, helpful and friendly

First impression - staffs very friendly, even English isn’t my first language. Bought 5 rump steaks yesterday and family absolutely enjoyed the meal! Fair price for the quality! I highly recommend it!
