We had a girls day doing the gin experience at Ramsbury. Our guide Tash was fantastic, very knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for what she does. Great value for money, having a tour of the distillery and creating our own bottle of gin to take home and of course the samples and gin and tonics throughout the day.

We spent 3 hours enjoying the gin experience with our informative guide Tash. Tash started with a tour of the facilities and processes which was fascinating. After this it was off to the ‘lab’ to start brewing our own gin. Tash explained everything to us and we got to check out over 40 botanicals before the mixology began - to our own individual spec!
Nothing quite so satisfying as seeing your own finished gin dripping out of the pipe.
Along with regular top ups of G&T (or water) and tastings of the range of spirits also brewed here it made for a very merry afternoon. Tash was brilliant, she was an informative and fun host. Loved the afternoon and would highly recommend it as a special experience.

Our tour guide Mark was knowledgable, friendly and engaging. We ended up on a private tour as no one else joined our group and it gave us a real opportunity to take our time to taste all the samples and really understand the processes and the amazing way the brewery considers its footprint in production. I was really impressed with the facilities, the brewery and distillery. It is set in such beautiful countryside. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending to everyone. And am also hoping to come back and do the gin experience.

Brought a larger from a local farm shop, then booked a tour. Mark was our tour guide, very informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend a tour.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon at Ramsbury Brewery, made all the better by our excellent guide, Barry. His knowledge of the brewing and distilling processes was impressive, but it was his relaxed, good-humoured delivery that really made the tour stand out. He struck the perfect balance between technical detail and storytelling, making it engaging for both seasoned ale enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.

The brewery itself is set in a stunning part of the countryside, and it was great to learn how committed they are to sustainability and local sourcing—something Barry clearly takes pride in. The tasting sessions throughout were a real highlight, with a generous selection of their beers and spirits to try.

All in all, a well-organised, informative, and genuinely enjoyable experience. Highly recommended if you're in the area—and if you’re lucky enough to have Barry as your guide, you’re in for a treat.

I recently attended the gin experience at Ramsbury, and cannot rate it highly enough. Our guide, Tash, was incredible - she came across as incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly. The gin class itself was super interesting and fun - and, as a designated driver, I was also treated to a few samples to take home and try, which I think was a really lovely touch as I had to miss out on the tasting sessions! My partner and I had a great time and are very excited to try our brews.

Tour was run by Barry, affable, knowledgeable and helpful welcomed questions. There were 14 on the tour which seemed about right for the space. Plenty of opportunity to try the different beers, vodka and gins and whiskey is on the way too. Brought home a bottle or two from the shop. Highly recommended.
