I called at 1pm on 19/06/24 and proceeded to introduce myself as Sid and asked who i was speaking to, the young lady said ' why do i need to tell you my name", i said " its common courtesy to find out whom im speaking too", the young lady's response was, i dont want to give my name", i then said " just forget it, i will shop sonewhereelse". I have worked in customer service managent for over 25years, and all the business i have worked for and used have excellent customer service, including private run business. Its a shame fir this business and young people with a attitude.
