Shopped there Friday for general meats, bought for 1st time steak pie and pot of gravy! Fantastic, hopefully posting this does not mean that you will be sold out when I next call.

My wife and I had two lamb steaks bought recently from Goodfellows for tea. The meat generally is very good.
Sadly these lamb steaks not only lacked taste but were almost inedible as the meat was tough and gristly.
We are having T-bone steaks bought from Goodfellows at the same time as the lamb for a celebration tea tomorrow and I hope they are better than tonight‘s offering!

So pleased to see staff wearing face coverings. I wish all Hessle shops would do this. Whether its effective or not I think its a requirement now. There are other similar retail places where shop staff and owners don't bother. Maybe people should not use shops where staff are unmasked. Thanks Robin.

Best butchers in the area by a mile everything excellent! Only gripe is some of the ladies are a bit grumpy but the majority of the staff are fabulous, keep up the good work.
